Sweet food & photography



Nu är min nya bok här!
Den innehåller cookies, tårtor, pajer, cheesecakes, cupcakes och andra sötsaker. Vad sägs till exempel om pavlovarulltårta med mascarpone och hallon, banoffee pie, briochebullar med choklad, stout pretzel cupcakes, macadamiakolapaj, chokladtårta med kolapopcorn, bärgalette, cheesecakebrownie med hallon, citronmarängtårta och apple fritters? Dessutom innehåller den tre informativa kapitel kring hur du bakar, dekorerar, stylar och fotograferar! Jag hoppas att du ska tycka om den, oavsett om du bakar recepten eller om du bara vill ha den att titta i. Framförallt hoppas jag att den ska vara inspirerande. För att få en liten förhandstitt kan du kika på videon nedan, eller på bilderna. Allt finns med i boken!

In English:
My new book has finally been released in Sweden! And I can already tell you that it will be out in English (US, Roost books) and German (AT Verlag). Wohoo! How great is that? The German version will be out in September 2015 and the US version sometime during spring 2016. Maybe you're wondering why it takes such a long time to translate into English. Well, Swedish and American ingredients differ quite a lot so all the recipes will need to be tested first. We want all the recipes to work, of course!

To celebrate, I made this video for my book. Hope you like it!

  2. What a wonderful news and video! But I do have a question though, do you have any clue of it will be released in Dutch as well? Your previous 2 books are also translated to Dutch, so I'll keep my fingers crossed :)

  25. Gratulerer med ny bok - det er klart den skal kjøpes inn!! Jeg har de to andre også og i sommer laget jeg noen av iskremene fra boken din (glass altså). kjempegode :)
    Er så fascinert av fotografiene dine og ikke minst av de nydelige videoene dine, jeg håper du får tid til å lage flere videoer nå som boken er ferdig?

  27. Hej Linda. Så har jeg lige bestilt din bog på cdon.com . Jeg har ALLE dine kage bøger. smukke smukke billeder, dejlige kager og is. Nogle gange er det dog svært at læse de svenske opskrifter, men det går.

  41. Kjempefin bok - men jeg stusset på en ting. Jeg synes du burde fortalt at du er utdannet fotograf i innledningen din, du gir nesten et lite inntrykk av at du ikke er det. Det blir nesten litt fusk synes jeg :) Ellers er boken din veldig fin og inspirerende.

    1. Hej! Jag ser inte mig själv som utbildad fotograf då jag har en tvåårig gymnasieutbildning i foto (första året är allmän media). På gymnasiet var det fokus på analogt foto, mörkrum, porträtt, dokumentärt foto osv. Efter gymnasiet hade jag ett uppehåll på typ 5 år innan jag började fotografera igen. Så då var det lite som att lära från början på egen hand. Nej, jag var absolut inte helt nollad (dv.s jag kände till typ ISO och slutartid) när jag började med bloggen men om du tittar på mitt första inlägg så kan du nog ändå se att jag kommit en bit sedan dess, och det har ju ingenting med min gymnasieutbildning att göra. Och dessutom, vad spelar det för roll? Jag hade skrivit boken på precis samma sätt oavsett :-) Kul att du gillar boken i övrigt! Tack!
