It feels like forever since I last hosted a workshop with Liv, the most recent one being The Journey in May 2019. We both started dreaming about hosting workshops again in a not too distant future. Properties that are suitable for workshops don’t grow on trees, so we started searching for something in our native country Sweden that would fit the bill – old, big enough for gatherings, beautiful and inspiring. Liv sent me a photo of Villa Sjötorp and I was instantly blown away, I had never seen anything like it.
Once we got there, I saw that the inside was equally beautiful, each room being decorated in a different style(I stayed in the floral room) and the location right next to the sea is incredible. And all the rooms are en suite which is a bonus!! 🙂 We’re thinking, a workshop here of some kind would be a good idea, in the future… Huge thanks to Ellika for letting us stay at your beautiful property, and to chefs Carolina Bille and Peter Bargholz for the incredible food!

Maravilloso!!!
Thank you!!
Looks like such a magical place! Sweden is at the top of my list once international travel opens back up 🙂
Ahh, how fun! Let me know if you’re around, Courtney 🙂
Piece of art Linda, your movie, but I need to know what is the soundtrack!! Thanks!
Thank you so much Sonja! the soundtrack is Christoffer Moe Ditlevsen, song is called The Road Less Travelled 🙂
Stämningsfullt så det förslår…
Tack! Så fantastisk plats alltså!
Dear Linda, I always admire your work! This blog is one of the ones I stated following back in the day so it’s so nice to still be able to follow your journey. Do you guys also give workshops to people that are new with photography? Hope to be able to follow a workshop one day! This place looks incredible ?
Thank you so much for your kind words, and for following along for so long! Absolutely, we do workshops for all levels! But of course it is good to have some knowledge with using your camera to be able to benefit from a workshop. That is usually enough 🙂 Hope to see you at one of our workshops one day!
Very nice photos
Thank you Thea!
