In English:
I gave Christian (my fiancé) an espresso machine for christmas. Since then we’ve both been pretty much obsessed with coffee (or espresso). I wanted to find a way to use the espresso in my baking (not a problem really). Then I saw this post by the talented Pioneer Woman and realized I HAD to make iced coffee. I really wanted to make the Vietnamese version, but I didn’t have condensed milk at home. Anyway, Ree (aka Pioneer woman) thinks it is better to use cold brewed coffee for iced coffee, so I took her advice since she obviously knows a great deal about the subject. I must say I agree with her. So I let the espresso machine rest this time and used my french press instead.
If you have time, let the coffee soak for 8 hours or more!
And this is how it’s made.. I haven’t written down the exact measurements – you can make it just the way you like it! Click for larger pictures.
I use the same receipe since last summer and its sooooo amazing!
I just loooove your photos! 🙂 ♥
Isn't it? I love it! I think I will have to make some syrup too 🙂
Thanks Edith!
Beautiful blog, beautiful photos!! How do you make this kind of dark photos?

Soooo beautiful light!! I prefer the dark photos because most of the time there are much more unique then the lighter ones. And also I adore your food- and propstyle: then wooden underground, the little used dresser, the glas with the milk, the jute fabric. Everything is so well composed. Love it! Cheers Susanne
