The cupcakes look wonderful!! Makes my mouth water! 😛 Just a tip though…. I truly recommend that you use a stand for your camera when filming, it keep the annoying shaking away! Happy Easter! /Sam

Love your beautiful blog and photography! Just spotted the recipe for raspberry buttercream which I shall give a whirl asap. Attempted to make some last night with egg yolks, caster sugar, milk, cream and raspberries but it simply was not how I imagined buttercream should taste, seemed to be insipid and tasteless – had to throw it away! Thank you. Christina

hi, i was wondering if you have an alternative ingredient for egg yolks. I love how the texture of the buttercream is but i dont want to use egg whites. I would really appreciate if you can recommend an alternative ingredient to eggwhites.

I don't think there is a good replacement for egg whites in this recipe.. Maybe you could try a regular buttercream and add raspberry puree?
These look delicious. What is the syrup you poor over the cupcakes in the video?
